Products
We make every effort to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour may occur depending on your screen. Trufly treat dispensers are designed for supervised play; they are not indestructible and are not suitable for heavy chewers. Please inspect the toy regularly and replace it if it is damaged.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Promotions and bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout according to the conditions shown on the product page.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds
