30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you and your dog to love Trufly. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Free returns
Returns are free. To start a return, email us at trufflyy@gmail.com with your order number (for example #TF1001) and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24–48 hours with the next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without instructions cannot be processed.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends this period and does not limit your legal rights.
